Nearly 50% of all employees will need reskilling over the next five years. The best way to help these generations find profitable work is to focus on IT and science-related fields. STEM workers enjoy median earnings than those in other fields.
That is where The Mind Redesigned can help. We are a nonprofit providing mentoring, training, pipeline building, and career exploration to underserved populations for jobs in STEM industries. Our goal is to elevate the capabilities of students and young adults by offering direct access to the skills, education, and certifications in IT, Energy, Telecom, Healthcare, and other STEM fields.
This job training will improve our overall economy by lifting the population of citizens most at-risk for continued poverty or discrimination. Together, we can create a better future for our entire nation by focusing on new pathways to profitable, sustainable, and rewarding careers.
